Self-evaluation

What are the stressors in your life?

Although a source of stress may be easy to identify, stress can creep up slowly for reasons that are not always easy to understand. That is why it is possible to be stressed without being conscious of it. It's a good idea to take a serious look at our life from time to time to identify potential sources of stress and deal with them rapidly, while the situation is still manageable.

The following test is offered to help identify potential sources of stress in your life.
