Do you move around a little, a lot or all the time?


Take a few minutes to answer the following questions and evaluate how you incorporate physical activity in your daily life and get some tips about making healthy commuting choices.


Consult this table to see the level of physical activity required each week to draw health benefits from that activity, based on its level of intensity.


When travelling from Point A to Point B

  1. When you can choose between taking the elevator, escalator or the stairs, do you choose the stairs?

    a. Yes (most of the time)
    b. Occasionally

  2. When looking for a parking spot, do you first check to see if a spot is available near the main entry?
