The Real Estate portfolio is managed to maximize long-term returns within the prudential constraints imposed by the need to protect capital and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction that is achievable through tenant safety, happiness and comfort programs. Just as customer satisfaction is an integral part of our Real Estate success, so is employee satisfaction. We believe that employee satisfaction will make the group successful and will be the key to our continuing longevity. Within the group, we will strive to work as a cohesive, harmonious unit focused on exemplifying our mission.
Our vision
To be a team of engaged professionals creating value for Standard Life Canada’s Real Estate Investments. We will modify and remodel the Real Estate business to meet the required standards and increase long-term assets and income.
