What to do if you would like to make changes regarding your Life or Critical Illness insurance policy

If you have a change of address, please use our Secure Message Centre or contact our Customer Service Centre.

For a change of banking information, please complete a Pre-Authorized Debit agreement (PAD) form and send it by fax to: 1-888-533-3330 or send a scan of the completed document to: lis-after-sales@standardlife.ca.

While Standard Life no longer offers new sales of life and critical illness insurance policies, we are here to help you with policy features and options. Below are some of the types of contractual options you may have as a policyholder. Please contact your advisor to initiate any transactions. Your advisor understands the specifics of your policy provisions and is in the best position to help you.


  • Change investment options in a Perspecta Universal Life (UL) policy

Standard Life Mutual Funds Ltd. recently announced updates to some of the mutual funds that are offered as underlying funds for the Perspecta Managed Accounts.

Please refer to the investment options section of this website for updated information. We will proceed with updating the names of the affected Managed Accounts in the Fall and you will be informed in the statement following the change.
